Course Description
The problems among leadership, management and administration often leaves educational leaders functioning primarily in one area and less so in the others. In this course, participants will explore themselves as they function within the three roles in their learning organisations using Clifton’s Strengths assessment. They will understand and build key leadership skills required for work in the African context using vignettes from their actual experiences.
