Monitoring and evaluation are essential for maintaining standards after they are established so that they become embedded within the school. In this course, participants will understand systems thinking and reflectively evaluate the practices they have within their school. They will address gaps in their practices and adopt systems that will facilitate monitoring and evaluation within their unique local contexts.
